The following is the steps taken to install Blue Skin for Magento Commerce.

1. Login into your Magento Admin.

2. Go to Admin --> System --> Magento Connect --> Magento Connect Manager.

3. Type the following into the bar (#2) and click Install:-
Code:
magento-core/Interface_Frontend_Default_Default_Blue

4. After the process is complete, go to your cPanel File Manager to change all file permissions to 644 and all directories to 755 (as Magento Connect Manager is known to reset the file permissions to the wrong value after every download/upgrade). 777 should not be set anywhere as our servers are all suPHP/suEXEC enabled (better security).

5. Go to Admin --> System --> Configurations --> Design.

6. Under Themes, type in blue for Skin (Images / CSS).

7. Your Blue Skin should be installed properly now.
